Bio

I was born in Seattle, Washington and currently live in Portland, Oregon with my husband Ben.  I have spent much of my life pursuing many creative endeavors including: dance, piano, theatre, gardening, cooking, good friends, community events and a whole lot of travel. In 1995 I received a BA in Humanities (with an emphasis on Theatre and Spanish) from Washington State University.  In 2002 I decided to pursue a life-long ambition of becoming a healer.  My journey started at East-West College of the Healing Arts.  I graduated top of my class and am currently an evaluator and tutor of Massage, Anatomy & Physiology for the college.  In 2006, I went back to school for a degree in Health and Business Management at PCC – receiving honors on the President’s List. In 2007 I helped open Terra’s Temple Healing Collective in Oakland, CA while living there a couple years. My future plans include possibly pursuing a Master’s in Public Health jointly from OHSU and PSU.
